how to align lots of movies wich has a temperature dependend x,y shift. Do you know any good plugin or another reasonable program to define a static point inside the images ant realign the entire stack to the coordinates of the particle inside the first image?

I personally have not used it, but I know a guy in EMBL using TurboReg for aligning cell images.
